Pricing and Services

(2 hour minimum requirement for each service booked)

• Essential House Cleaning - $140 then $70/hour

  • Our signature cleaning service that includes a total house detail. We guarantee a great clean by using our 45-point check list to make sure we hit every nook and cranny.



• Deep Clean - $170 then $85/hour

  • The Deep Clean includes everything in our signature Essential Clean, but with an even closer eye to the details around your home. We tack on another 30-point check list to make sure the job gets done!

  Move In/Move Out Clean - $200 then $100/hour

  • Are you moving into a new rental? Moving out of an old one? Do you own the rental? Then the Moving Clean is for you! We will get you set up with a level of clean specific for your needs!

    $10 per window (Interior), $15 per window (Interior & Exterior), $20 per sliding door (Interior & Exterior)

    We utilize only hypoallergenic products by request or we use yours! Price varies by number of people.

  
  

  • New Mom Package - $35

    With our "New Mom" add-on service we use organic, baby safe, Hypo-allergenic cleaning solutions only.

Let us take the load off!

We provide all of our own cleaning tools and products. If you would prefer that we use yours, we ask that you gather all the cleaning supplies for us into one area next to the front door, so that our professional helpers may better utilize their time.

Cancelation Policy

In the event that the Client needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment, 48 hours notice to Smallest Detail is required. Notice may be given by email, SMS (text) or phone. Should the Client fail to give 48 hours notice on more than one (1) occasion, the Client must pay 30% for the cancelled cleaning.
